Day-Off Creativity

The other day on my day off, I was finding little projects around the house to clean up, and organize. I come from a line of hoarders on my dads side, and while its not full-blown-I-need-to-be-on-a-tv-show bad, its still enough to make my very organized boyfriend a little nutty. (Poor guy!)

So any little thing I do to make my space or our shared spaces a little more tidy, he gives me all of his support. Luckily, all of the things I used for this, were laying around the house.

The gold box was holding a (fake) plant in our kitchen, the glass balls were in a plastic container in a closet in our basement, and my makeup brushes, well, have been in my collection for years.

I was really crampy on that day off, and didn’t really want to do much of anything, but I got really inspired by reading BleuBirdBlog so I had to do something to make me feel a little better about my clutter.

I am pretty happy with how this turned out. These are my daily brushes that I use. Not ALL of them every day, but its nice to have them easily accessible on my makeup desk, and not in a drawer.

Have a good one, y’all,

Sarah Montana
